Ewing City RV Campground has sites with electric and water for $13 per night. Yes, they are gravel RV pads, but they will work fine with your tent and sleeping pad. There are no trees or covered shelters.
There are bathrooms and covered shelter toward the baseball field in Schmidt park.

We camped at an RV park in Ewing. Most of the little towns have some kind of City Psrk and were very accommodating. I would think you could camp at RV park as well. At the time we were there, there were plenty of goat heads.
