Was wondering what the trail condition west of Oakdale is. Can it be walked or is the bridge still out over the river or can you walk to the river?

You can walk out to the river but crossing the river in anything but low water levels would be not advised. There is a 300-foot gap where the elkhorn river now flows, between the remaining embankment and bridge. The scope of work to fix this site is still under review at FEMA.
