I’d like to do 2 weeks on the trail starting in Norfolk in August. What is the usual weather/temps the first 2 weeks of August?

Hello! Thanks for the question - I would plan on it being hot and sunny, 85-95 degrees for the highs with high humidity. Most parts of the trail are pretty exposed to the sun. Be sure to carry plenty of water.
