Chadron to Valentine

We are considering the Cowboy Trail for next summer. Is the trail doable from Chadron to Valentine? Or is that just a hope for the future? Thanks

The trail is not developed west of Valentine except for a 15 mile stretch between Gordon and Rushville. Hwy 20 is actually pretty decent to ride on if you are wanting to go all the way to Chadron.
