Just camped there this week so wanted to update the information. You can camp either on the south-west part of the park by the horseshoe grounds, or the north next to Hwy 20, $7 for tents.
The only open bathrooms were closer to Hwy 20, so a bit of a hike if you camp in the south-west area. There are no longer hot showers.
We got a picnic table near the horseshoe grounds and cooked in the nearby shelter to be out of the wind, which also had power outlets for charging our phones.
D&B Cafe was good for after-dinner pie and an early (opens at 6) breakfast, and is right next to the park.

We found 2 sets of bathrooms (one by grandstand and one by baseball fields) - both nice with flushable toilets. The city park sign has SHOWER crossed out now, and we don't think that service is available anymore. There are RV spots with electric and water ($10 per night), or non electric sites ($7 per night). A few covered picnic shelters were available, with water spigots, 110v electric outlets and a pop machine. The picnic tables are old, crusty paint - but have structural integrity.

Has one bathroom with a free shower inside. Costs 10 dollars a night.
